Definitely! Reform & Reload is a welcoming space for everyone, all fitness levels are welcomed. Our Reformer classes are beginner-friendly, with modifications provided throughout the class. Make sure to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled class time, notify your instructor and they’ll be sure to look after you.

All you need to bring is your enthusiasm, grip socks, a towel and a water bottle to stay hydrated. Wear breathable comfortable clothing, to ensure ease of movement during your class.

Yes. Wearing grip socks is required for our Pilates classes, for your health and safety. To ensure better stability, to enhance your performance and provide added hygiene in a shared studio environment. If you don’t have a pair; you can purchase in our studio for your convenience.

You can easily book through our website reformandreloadpilates.com.au and click on ’Book Now’, or you can download the Momence App on your device. Once downloaded, you can create a login account and add Reform and Reload.

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you’ll be automatically enrolled and notified via email or phone.

Cancellations made 8 hours before the class.  Thank you for understanding and helping us manage our schedule efficiently.

Congratulations. Yes, Pilates is generally a low-impact exercise suitable for pregnancy. However, it’s important to consult with your healthcare provider for approval before starting any new exercise regimen.

All participants must be over 16 years of age. If you are under 18, parental consent will be required.
